★★★★★“I cannot recommend West Lothian Gas highly enough, Andrew, who provided an outstanding level of service during what was a very stressful situation for both our tenant and landlord. When the boiler at one of our tenanted properties failed, I contacted Andrew and asked if he could attend as a matter of urgency. He was at the property within 30 minutes of my call, which was incredibly impressive. After carrying out a thorough inspection, he explained that, in his professional opinion, replacing the boiler would be the most cost-effective solution in the long term, as investing in replacement parts could not guarantee that further issues would not arise. The landlord initially decided to proceed with repairs, and Andrew promptly ordered the required parts and returned to fit them as soon as they arrived. Unfortunately, despite the repairs, the boiler continued to leak. Andrew then provided a detailed report explaining the underlying issues and why replacement was now the most sensible option. Once the landlord approved the quotation for a new boiler, Andrew went above and beyond to prioritise the installation. Knowing that the tenant had already been without a fully functioning boiler for several days, he rearranged his schedule to fit the work in as quickly as possible. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, the tenant now has a brand-new, fully functional boiler. Throughout the entire process, Andrew was responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving the issue as quickly as possible. His communication was excellent, and his commitment to customer service was exceptional. I wanted a gas hob fitted and looked like there was a gas pipe there but once Andy started fitting it he realised the pipe had been cut when I had got a new shower fitted. Nothing was a problem to him, he fitted a new pipe and left the kitchen immaculate when he left. Nothing out of place and a shiny new hob working perfectly. I could not recommend Andy high enough.
